The water turfs have been changed so I need to change this also =)

Ship will have 4 directions. Whenever your ship is on any water surface it will start sailing toward the direction of the wind. There will be 4 wind directions north, south, east, west. You can move against the wind but it will be slower. I suggest just flow on where the wind direction is and you should get to your destination faster. Sometimes the wind will not be present so your ship will just sail lol.

On the shore and dock the ship will not move.

On deep water you should be careful. If you are near the deep water there will be a special message that will appear or there will be blinking on the screen. It depends on you if you will go. If you have quality ship then just fight it. When you are not sure then just don't go to avoid dangers and be sunken pirate ship.

There should be an icon for the weather condition of the game like sunny, cloudy. It will look like a small orb and inside it is a thing that represents the weather. If the rain and thyphoons are present, the water will flow faster. And big waves will be seen and rain and storms.

This means ppl cant go where they want, when they want...hmm. Sounds like something some players would have a problem with.

Shifting the sails should alter your course but heading in a straight line isn't as easy as one would think. You would have to adjust the sails with the wind. I'm glad this got started. Idea So I was thinking boat wise. We take 1/4 of the screen and make it a bird's eye view of the boat. Possibly with enough room to see any boats in the area around them. So if you were to be in a ship battle you can see the cannons and all that good stuff. The captain's screen could possibly take up half.

If your boat is good enough maybe it can still go wherever you want. Yet it will be slower.
Shifting course will depend on the boat. If the boat is good then it can shift fast. I think boats will have different stats too. That will be a large boat 1/4 not bad... I also agree on bird's eye view. Ships can be destroyed and damage so it needs to be repaired and upgraded too lol.
Yeah you can transfer to the enemy's ship and destroy that ship! There will be war and alliance

Maybe like when u get enough yen or w/e the currency in the game is u can buy a boat.

and there are different boats that varie in different advantages and disadvantages

exp. speed, defense, power ( in weaponry)

for a boat with great power there speed would be on the lower side so they would just go where the wind takes them

and for boats with speed they would be able to go where they want sometimes. if the wind is not extremely powerful.

and balance boats with basic everything.

and defense boats that are slower but can take way more damage than any other boat.

etc.

to add on *cough*

Boats are only given to crews. The crew's captain must first have a lvl req. to start a crew. Then he has to have enough money to buy a boat.
